Draft operating budget for the upcoming fiscal year is available for homeowner review.
The draft budget for the upcoming fiscal year is now available in the homeowner portal and at the management office.
Key dates:
- Owner review period: February 5–February 19.
- Board vote: Scheduled for the regular meeting on February 20.
Please submit questions or feedback to the Treasurer at treasurer@hoa-example.org before the vote so they can be addressed in the public session.
