Board-approved updates to community rules regarding noise and short-term rentals.
The Board has approved updates to the community Rules and Regulations effective March 10.
Highlights:
- Clarified quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM daily for all common areas and balconies.
- Short-term rentals under 30 days are prohibited unless expressly approved by the Board.
- Fines for repeated violations now escalate after the second written notice.
